Membership in the Association shall be open to any individual (whether representing himself or a firm, corporation or other form of organization) engaged in the cemetery or crematory business and any individual (whether representing himself or a firm, corporation or other form of organization) doing business wih cemeteries or crematories in the State of Texas, who is willing to abide by the Bylaws and the Association's Code of Ethics.
